Power-House Pilates has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for private and duet sessions, and a 12- hour cancellation policy for group classes. Please cancel all appointments outside of these windows to avoid being charged.
All private and duet packages expire six months after the purchase date. Class packages of 5 expire two months from the purchase date, and class packages of 10 and 20 expire three months from the purchase date.
Packages can be extended for 1 month after the expiration date for a fee of $20 for private and duet packages and $15 for class packages.
